After placing your order with us, you will receive a confirmation email with an order number and tracking number. Most of our items are shipped through the United States Postal Service. You can enter your tracking number into their website to keep an eye on your delivery:

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

***Non-Returnable Items include: Bathing suits, all handmade jewelry,

worn or damaged items, and all items described as "final sale".***

 

All items requesting an Exchange or Return must be unworn, undamaged, and have the original tags attached. We give our customers 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or an exchange. Please be sure to email us before sending the item(s) back to us. Driftwood Beach Boutique is not responsible for the return shipping costs for the item(s). When choosing a carrier to return your item(s) to us, please consider purchasing a tracking number to ensure a safe delivery. Driftwood Beach Boutique is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen items in transit.

EXCHANGE POLICY: When requesting an exchange, please note this in your email to us and include your first and last name as well as your order number. Please also note if you are requesting to exchange the same item in a different Size or color.

After we receive your item(s) back in the mail, we will inspect the item(s) and process the return. You will receive an email from us at this point. All refunds will be issued in the form of store credit or refunded back to the original form of payment. *Amount of time for refunds issued to credit/debit cards may vary based on your bank*
